Pair MASSIVE **Solid Cast Bronze** Art Deco Gothic Monumental Outdoor Sconces with Verdigris Patina and Frosted Glass Panels New Wiring

These are incredible! Nobody makes this kind of quality any more! Not quite sure where to start but first of all each light weighs over 70 pounds, and is made of solid bronze. Likely from a bank or other institution, these are 43 inches tall overall, by 13" wide. The back mounting plate is 34" tall by 5" wide. We did many repairs including soldering back in some of the round rosette panels, rewiring and adding a ground wire, and replaced all the plastic panes with real glass again. We chose an acid etched glass that would not detract from the details of the castings. These come with some bronze plated steel lag bolts to hang them, though it might be easier if they were hung off bolts anchored in the wall and attached with nuts. The bottom has a hinged panel to access the inside and change the bulbs. While we replaced all the glass, we decided not to put a piece ins the bottom to allow as much ventilation and drainage as possible.
