Cast Bronze Spanish Revival Floor Lamp with Original Crackle Glass 1920s #2613

Outstanding example of 1920s craftsmanship in solid bronze. This piece has its original finish, cleaned and re-lacquered, with new wiring.  Glass is original "crackle" glass, created by plunging the hot glass into cold water and then back into the furnace---a process that's over 1000 years old. Bulb changed by removing roof of lantern with a screwdriver.  Especially nice casting detail to the body of the lamp around the glass.
