We have two of these matching 40s or 50s flush mount globes which would be great in a kitchen or bathroom if not a hallway as well.    Small globe is clear glass with white paint to soften the light; a typical method from the era.     Sleek and stylish.    High quality but new polished nickel and UL listed fixture can take 100w.
