1940s 5 Light with Silver Oxide Bowl Shades #2055

Love this sleek "pudding bowl" light with streamline styling typical of the late 30s and into the 40s.   This has a "partial restoration"  in that the brass was in good enough condition that we could preserve its original finish and only repaint the rusted cast iron frame.      New gold highlight paint as well.   The 6.5" diameter shades are made from silver oxide glass, which glows a fiery orange when lit from behind.  Signed "Moe Bridges" inside.

33" tall, 18" wide, and can be shortened up to 15" by removing chain.
