Items ship from both in Seattle and in Los Angeles.  In either case, some items require shipping in two separate boxes to protect them.  

Glass shades are often shipped double boxed and separated from the metal fixture to help prevent damage. 

Packing and shipping can sometimes take a few days from the time your order is placed.  We usually ship USPS and UPS ground.   

Shipping on your account also possible.     

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

A:  We started in Seattle but are now primarily based in Los Angeles.    Items ship from both locations, depending on were it's on display.

Q: DO YOU BUY PARTIAL FIXTURES AND PARTS, OR JUST COMPLETE FIXTURES?

A: Of course we'll take a look at anything you are looking at selling, whether single shades or complete fixtures.  You might have the last piece to a puzzle we need!  It's rare that we're interested in items made after WWII.

Q: DO YOU RESTORE CLIENT'S FIXTURES?  WHAT ABOUT REPAIR?

A:  Yes.  Restoration means different things depending on what each project needs.  Sometimes it's cleaning and rewiring, other times (too often) it's refinishing completely.  Yes, we can repair most things, from a simple rewiring a modern lamp to a plate and polish an antique chandelier.   Cost varies depending on scope of project.
